The Cupcake Squad have created a special Cupcake Mug Cake with ice cream, peanut butter and chocolate.
The cupcake was created in collaboration with the local children’s charity ‘Chocolate Milk’.
The cupcakes are part of the team’s efforts to help make the Christmas period a bit easier.
‘We were so pleased to be able to partner with Chocolate Milk in creating this cupcake,’ said team owner Simone Vercio.
We are now sharing it with children around the country who need something sweet to help them cope with the festive period.’
The cup cakes are really important for our children who have been struggling to cope with Christmas because they are the ones who are looking forward to the presents and the time of year they spend with their family.’
The team had hoped to create the cupcakes for the team and the kids, but they were not yet able to produce enough for the charity.
The cup cake is part of a campaign called ‘Charming Chocolate Milk’ in which the children’s organisation, which runs schools and centres, donate a cupcake every year.
The chocolate milk is made by hand from scratch in Italy and is sold in the shops, on the websites and through their social media pages.
Vercio said the team hopes that the cupcake will become an instant hit.’
I think we can create a brand new cupcake for the kids who are struggling with Christmas,’ she said.’
And if we do well, we can sell the cup cakes to other charities and the whole family will have chocolate and chocolate milk in their cupboards.’
