In this post I will be sharing the secrets to a delicious cake, which will look and taste just like real blueberries.
If you want to try this out, please leave a comment below and tell me what you think.
This is my first time sharing a cake recipe online, and I’m so glad I did!
If you have a recipe for your own, I’d love to hear from you.
What I will share is the recipe for my first cake recipe.
As I’m sure you know, the blueberries in my recipe are pretty high in vitamin C and antioxidants, so I wanted to ensure that I had the correct amount of antioxidants in the recipe.
It’s a recipe that has a fair bit of work involved, so you might want to use a good baking book to help you.
For this recipe, I used the following steps: First, you need to get the recipe ready to go.
You’ll need the following ingredients: 3 cups of sugar 1 cup of brown sugar 1/4 cup of cinnamon 1 cup milk (1/4 full) The blueberries I used were: 1/2 cup blueberries 1/3 cup sugar 1 tablespoon vanilla extract (optional) For the cake itself, I decided to make my own Blueberry cake using the recipe I found on The Irish Kitchen.
Here’s how to do it: Place all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk together well.
Let it sit for 5-10 minutes, until the mixture is light and fluffy.
If it doesn’t stick together easily, take it out and make sure the sides of the bowl are completely coated with the batter.
Add the sugar, cinnamon and milk to the bowl and mix well.
Add more milk if needed to make sure that the batter doesn’t harden up too much.
Once the mixture has come together, add the vanilla extract.
Mix until the batter has become stiff, smooth and smooth.
Once it’s thick, fold it into the sides and gently fold it in to the top of the cake.
Serve immediately with a dollop of jam and a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
Notes If you don’t want to be overly fancy with your cake, you can make it without the sugar.
Just add some vanilla extract to the batter, and stir to combine.
This will give the cake a little more of a cake-like texture, and it will give you a nice golden brown colour on top.
If the cake doesn’t turn out right, just keep stirring and it should come together in no time.
This recipe can be made with any fruit, including blueberries, cherries, plums, grapes, plumas, pears, figs, raspberries, strawberries, fig pies, peaches, mangoes, avocados and even apples.
This cake is a great dessert to serve for Easter, Mother’s Day or any other special occasion.
For a little extra, you could try adding a few drops of chocolate, a splash of vanilla extract, a few spoonfuls of chopped fresh blueberries or even a sprinkle or two of powdered sweetener.
All you need is a little bit of patience and love.
If these Blueberry Cake Recipes inspire you, I really hope you try these too!
Enjoy!
