I had a cake that was perfectly fine with a touch of chocolate frosting.
But when I opened the package, it was riddled with chocolate chips and frosting and a giant chocolate cake that looked just like my birthday cake from two weeks ago.
My cake has not changed a bit.
The only difference is that the cake toppers are missing the chocolate chips, and the chocolate frostings are all melted into the cake.
It’s not a cake topper, it’s a candy cake.
And the cake is now ruined.
I’ll have to buy another box.
I’m not sure how much I can eat out of it because I’ve just spent $15.75 for a cake I’d prefer to keep in the refrigerator.
Even if I eat out more often, the extra cost is just a little too much.
And it’s not even the frosting that is the problem.
Instead of icing a cake, my cake’s frosting is all melted and frosted into the bottom of the cake, where it can’t be seen.
I’ve had a few requests to use this cake as a decorating substitute for other cakes I’ve made.
